We are an historic Church in downtown Elyria, located on the corner of Second Street and East Avenue. Please join us as we joyfully seek God’s Word and Spirit to nourish and form our Church, as we proclaim Jesus Christ as Our Lord and Savior.
We have Sunday School for all ages that begins at 9:30am. Our Worship Service begins at 10:45am and includes traditional and contemporary forms of worship, hymns and praise songs, as well as the Pastor’s time with children.
A nursery is available adjacent to the sanctuary.
Additional parking is available in the bank lot behind the Church and in the Women’s Club parking lot south of the Church.
The Mission of First United Presbyterian Church of Elyria is to provide opportunities for every individual to have a personal relationship with Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, through developing a congregation of knowledgeable and serving Christians.
WORSHIP at 10:45 am. Sunday School for all ages is at 9:30 am.
Community Hot Meals will be served on May 24 and 31at 5:00 pm
Second Chance, a local Christian rock band, will help lead worship on May 20!
Summer Worship begins June 3 and runs through August 26. There will be no Sunday School and our worship service begins at 10:15 am.
Worship in the Park at High Meadows Lorain County MetroParks, Pavillion #1 will occur on June 24, July 22, and August 26. Worship begins at 10:15 am and a picnic immediately follows worship. Bring your lawn chairs and appetite.
